Palautelomakkeen linkki on pysyvä ja sitä kautta tulleet viestit käsitellään anonyymisti hallituksen kesken. Vastauksia ei jaeta eteenpäin. Käsittelyn jälkeen vastaukset poistetaan tai siirretään jatkotoimenpiteitä varten häirintäyhdyshenkilöllemme. Jatkotoimenpiteisiin ryhdytään vain jos vastaaja itse tätä haluaa. Myös tässä tapauksessa vastaajan anonymiteetti säilytetään.

Kerhohuone | Clubroom: Alexander, Domus Gaudium (Leppäsuonkatu 11, 00100 Helsinki)

Yhdistyksen kerhotilaan kuljetaan aukion puoleisista ovista. Soita summeria "Alexander Osakunnat" ja tulemme avaamaan oven. Aulasta portaat alas (tai hissillä kerros -1), ensimmäinen ovi vasemmalla.
To access the clubroom, you must enter through the main doors to Domus Gaudium. The clubroom's door bell has a tag with the text "Alexander Osakunnat". If someone is present, they will come and open the front door for you. The clubroom is in the basement of the building and it is accessible with both the stairs and the elevator (Floor -1).
