Alumnimartat menevät vierailemaan Sanomatalon (Töölönlahdenkatu 2) Veripalvelussa verenluovutuksessa to 8.10. klo 17 alkaen.

Punaisen Ristin ohjeistus:

"Tervetuloa verenluovutukseen!

Verenluovutus on helppo ja konkreettinen tapa auttaa:

  • Se vie päivästäsi vain noin tunnin.

  • Yksi luovutus auttaa jopa kolmea potilasta.

  • Saat aina hyvän mielen ja kattavan välipalan.

  • Ensikertalaisena saat Hengenpelastaja-kassin sekä tietää veriryhmäsi.

Suurin osa meistä voi luovuttaa verta. Jos olet terve, 18–65-vuotias ja painat vähintään 50 kiloa, aloita verenluovutus ja autat potilaita!"

Tapahtuma on ilmainen.

Luovutuksen jälkeen voidaan jatkaa vaikkapa kahvittelemaan osallistujien niin halutessa.

Ilmoittaudu täällä. Lomake sulkeutuu ti 6.10. klo 23.59. Saat tapahtumasta vahvistusviestin tämän jälkeen.

Alumnimartat are visiting the Blood Service at Sanomatalo (Töölönlahdenkatu 2) to donate blood on Thursday, October 8, starting at 5 PM.

Red Cross guidelines:

"Welcome to donate blood! Donating blood is an easy and practical way to help:

  • It takes only about an hour of your day.

  • One donation helps up to three patients.

  • You’ll always get a good feeling and a snack.

  • As a first‑time donor, you’ll receive a Lifesaver bag and get to know your blood type.

Most of us can donate blood. If you are healthy, aged 18–65, and weigh at least 50 kg, start donating blood and make a difference by helping patients!"

You can read more from Blood Service site https://www.veripalvelu.fi/en/. On the day of donation or the day before, you must complete the health questionnaire on the Blood Service website.

The event is free.

After donating, we can go and get coffee together in a nearby café.
